Duties include:
-general management of the lodge
-ensuring that control on stock is maintained
- hosting guests during their stay,providing and maintaining excellent service to guests
-supervising and employing all staff in all departments
- supervising maintenance
- kitchen supervision and menu planning
- overseeing smooth running of all areas of the business
